Who is HARCA
Hindu Afghan Religious and Cultural Association of the Washington Metropolitan
(HARCA) Incorporated in the State of Maryland as a not-for-profit corporation, the Association is exempt from income tax under the provisions of section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954.
HARCA is governed by its member institutions through a delegate assembly which elects members of both a Board of Directors and trustees at an annual business meeting.
The Association exercises sole discretion over AsaMai Hindu Temple policy and decisions. The Association’s public accountability is underscored by the requirement that both the Board of Directors and the trustees must include public representatives among its members.
The Association is administered by board of Director with the support of trustees and Association members.
The Association is administered by President and supported by two Vice presidents, a Treasurer and Vice Treasurer, Secretary and corps of professionals.

How much does membership cost?
Just Dollar a day.
How long does my membership last?
It is a recurring monthly direct debit from your checking account.
Membership Requirement
Must me at least 18 years old
Must contribute to dollar a day fund
Do I have to become a member?
No, It is a by-choice membership
Am I allowed to visit AsaMai Hindu temple without becoming a member
Absolutely! Mandir welcomes all, however you must obey the mandir policy & guidelines
What are the membership dues rates
Membership dues are annual $ 365 however you can do a monthly $30 recurring charge debited from your checking account
